Use
By accessing XenTeck services you agree to these terms. Our services are intended for business use by authorized users only. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
Acceptable use
You may not use XenTeck services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the operation of our infrastructure. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
XenTeck services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, XenTeck shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Macomb County, Michigan.
